Affordable Home Care Solutions makes an extra effort to ensure that our Home Care Professional develops a personal relationship with every client. We pair each client with a Home Care Professional who will provide personalized attention and develop a strong one-on one relationship.

Every Affordable Home Care Solutions care professional has passed our strict pre-employment requirements including, but not limited to, a national background investigation, fingerprinting, thorough DMV check, current TB test and current CPR & FIRST AID training.

We employ only licensed, certified and experienced Home Care Professionals with a minimum of six months experience. We do not show them a few videos and hire them as experienced caregivers. They must have hands on experience in either the hospital, nursing home or home care settings ensuring they have provided direct care to hundreds of seniors.

Each Affordable Home Care Solutions care professional is a company employee who is bonded and insured.

We provide professional services to individuals who require or desire care, companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, driving, shopping and/ or limited assistance. Our personal care includes, but is not limited to, toileting, showering/bathing, assistance with lifting and transferring, skin and oral care.

Affordable Home Care Solutions care Professionals are experienced, qualified, committed, respectful and caring. Our Affordable Home Care Solutions Care Professionals utilize techniques that encourage thinking and promotes physical well being.

We monitor conditions in and around the home and utilize a state-of-the-art automated staff monitoring system. If you need assistance after hours you will always speak to one of our full time schedulers who are familiar with both the clients and caregivers on a regular basis. We will never use an answering service.

We monitor medications, exercise and diet.

We specialize in memory loss, hospice assistance and respite care. We offer both Hourly and Live-In care options.

Every aspect of Affordable Home Care Solutions was developed by our founder, Linda L. Esrick, a registered nurse since 1976.
